10-Day Reselection on Stock Items

At Redeker's, we understand that it can take a few days to see if your furniture works for you. Knowing this, we have a 10-day reselection period on all stock merchandise (excluding mattresses and closeout items). A 5% restocking fee and a second delivery fee (if chosen to deliver) will be applied. If the price of the new selection is higher, you will be responsible for paying the price difference. This policy is honored on a one-time basis.

To take advantage of this policy:

  • Notify Redeker's of the return or exchange within 10 days of taking possession of the piece(s).
  • Select the new piece(s) you would like.
  • If our delivery service is chosen, the original piece(s) will be picked up on the next available truck in your area. If we have your new piece(s) in stock, we will exchange them at this time.
  • If the new piece(s) are not in stock, we will still pick up the original piece(s) on the next available truck and deliver the new piece(s) when available — delivery fees apply in both cases.
  • You are always welcome to use our convenient customer pickup location for the return or exchange.

10-Day Returns and Exchanges on Stock Accessories

We work hard to ensure that you will be happy with your purchase. This is why we allow a 10-day period in which stock accessories can be exchanged or returned for full credit.

  • All accessories must be in their original condition.
  • Closeout accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.

60-Day Mattress Comfort Exchange

Our high-quality mattress selection is what led you to your purchase. It can take up to 30 days for the materials in your new mattress to adjust to your sleeping behavior and start performing at their best. Because of this, we give you an additional 30 days after the initial break-in period to ensure your mattress is right for you.

If at any time during this 60-day period, you feel a different mattress would work better, the following policy will apply:

  • Redeker's will allow a one-time reselection of a new mattress of your choice. The original mattress must be returned in its original, stain-free condition. If your mattress does not fall under these qualifications a reselection will not be allowed.
  • If option to reselect a different mattress arises, you will get a credit in the amount of your original mattress to put towards your reselection. If a more expensive mattress is selected, you must pay the difference. If a mattress of lesser value is selected, the difference will be applied to in-store credit to use as you wish.
The 60-day period begins the day you take possession of your new sleep set.

If you are unable to find a satisfactory sleep set after the exchange, a 20% restocking fee will be applied along with any delivery fees.

  • Reselections are not valid on custom sizes, floor models, or closeout sleep sets.
  • Bedding accessories such as pillows, protectors, encasements, and sheets are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

10-Day Returns and Exchanges on Custom Products and Special Orders

  • Notify Redeker's of the return or exchange within 10 days of taking possession of the piece(s).
  • A non-refundable restocking fee of 30% applies to all custom and special-order products that are returned without a reselection.
  • If a custom product or special order is exchanged for another item at Redeker's, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. This policy is honored on a one-time basis.
  • If the delivery option is chosen, the original piece(s) will be picked up on the next available truck in your area. If we have your new piece(s) in stock, we will exchange them at this time.
  • If the new piece(s) are not in stock, we will still pick up the original piece(s) on the next available truck and deliver the new piece(s) when available — delivery fees apply.

Delivery Fees

  • The original delivery fee is non-refundable.
  • Delivery fees will be applied to ALL exchanges/returns if the customer wishes to utilize this service.

In Case of Damage

If an item is unsatisfactory, we will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction with expert product repair, parts replacement, or, as a last resort, exchange.

  • Redeker's cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal use.
  • Closeout items or items purchased on an "as-is" basis cannot be returned or exchanged.
