Redekers Delivery Truck
We offer free in-garage delivery across the state, as well as in-home delivery at a reasonable price. Our delivery personnel are on staff and work exclusively for Redekers. If you choose our in-home delivery option, we will bring your furniture into your home and place it where you’d like, and gladly haul away any packaging. Unfortunately, our delivery team cannot move existing furniture. If you select our in-garage option, we will leave your items securely wrapped for protection unless it is requested to remove any packaging. Regardless of the option you choose, we will always inspect your items and their packaging prior to delivery. If you prefer to take your purchase home with you, our drive-through, covered pick-up lanes make it easy to load your furniture.
Please Note: Secure footing is essential. If conditions are snowy or icy and your driveway or sidewalk is slick, please shovel and salt the path ahead of time. For safety reasons, our delivery staff are not allowed to remove their shoes for any reason (and cannot wear booties due to insurance policies). If conditions are deemed too dangerous, we are happy to reschedule once conditions improve.

You can set up delivery at the time of purchase or when we notify you that your furniture has arrived at our warehouse.
We deliver your merchandise to your garage or front drive. We inspect and assemble items as needed and haul away any packaging. We also remove old mattresses if clean and in good condition.

You can pick up your new furniture during our normal business hours.
Yes, call our office to prepare your pick-up slip, which verifies the items you plan to take.
Yes, you must stop in our main office to get a pick-up slip to give to our warehouse staff.
Our covered customer pick-up area is attached to our warehouse on the southeast side of the building.
We will help load your furniture but are not responsible for tying it down.
Yes, we can wrap your furniture in plastic if needed. For solid-wood products made by our craftsmen, we recommend bringing blankets for protection as they are not packaged.
