Currently seeking: Full-time sales associate

Since 1930, Iowans have trusted Redeker's in Boone to help them find the perfect furniture for their homes. While other furniture stores have come and gone, we have grown and continue to grow.  We’ve recently moved into a brand new showroom built from the ground up to allow more natural light throughout and are looking for motivated people to join our sales team during this exciting time. Redeker's provides the opportunity for a rewarding career in sales/interior design.  

As a sales and interior design associate, you will guide our customers through their interior design process whether it be finding the perfect accessory or entire room.  With our broad selection of floorcovering, furnishings, accessories and handcrafted custom furniture you are able to sell and furnish a wide variety of living spaces, from a single room to entire house.  Having access to an entire store full of merchandise to sell from our sales associates are not departmentalized, you will assist customers and be knowledgeable in all product categories.  Our broad product selection and your motivation lead to larger sales. 

Redeker's offers a more relaxed retail schedule that does not require Sunday hours.  A typical work week involves working two evenings until 8:00 pm and each associate will have one additional day off Monday - Friday.

Currently seeking: Full-time delivery associate & warehouse personnel

Our Delivery Associates work with a delivery partner and together they play an important role in a customer’s overall shopping experience.  We take this positon seriously because they are typically the last person a customer interacts with.  Delivery Associates should take pride in leaving a lasting and positive impression with Redeker’s customers.

To be successful in this role, Delivery Associates must balance independence with sharing their day with a partner, enjoy working with customers and have a great attitude. 

Delivering furniture to the homes of our customers is physically demanding, therefore Delivery Associates must be able to lift heavy items throughout the day.
